So the fourth episode came out with subtitles, and it is time to talk about it.

The protagonists go to the Island Zone after obtaining the Code Crown, and Nene explains what the Code Crown is.


Now, I wasn't too crazy about the  Chibikamemon. I know it was cute and all, but I just think that they decided to randomly make the same Digimon as Kamemon with the exception that it's smaller and you see its eyes. I like Kamemon, and see no reason for Chibikamemon to have been made, with the exception to show that he had the desire to be good and protect others and he had the will to fight.

Oh, one thing that I kind of liked was the food that they got from the tree that was some kind of snack that came in a box that, with other boxes, looked like a hive, and I liked that, it's better than random pieces of meat growing from the ground. (Digimon World 1)

Why? Why Chibi Kamemon looks exactly like Kamemon?! Or it's just they called it with a "Chibi" because it is especially small and cute Kamemon? Which it is still just a Kamemon but special?

Nope, the characther site says the name is ChibiKamemon. Must be a subspecies, even though it looks like Kamemon.

Like the Pickmonz huh? Only they come in different colours and in different weapons with the same name... What's a Diginoir exactly? Is it meat in a can or...?

Meat in a can? Ew. I think that the DigiNoir is some kind of cookie like the koala cookies. The shape of the box is identical, and the product inside looks similar, with the exception that the ones in Xros Wars don't have the shape of a koala.

I liked this episode. I thought the new DigiXros had a cool effect.

My god, this season has been great for sexual innuendos. Akari blushing at the end of the last episode at hearing 'weekend carpenter' was great too.

A pretty good episode, I suppose. The script is still cheesy and simple but I suppose that's to be expected. Nice seeing more involvement from the humans. Also, just want to say that it makes me insanely happy when I hear the guitar whinnies during the evolution sequences.

I think that the Digimon that you mentioned in the Spoiler section will not be there as a villain or as a Digimon itself, I think it's just going to be there for one attack and then get out, or a Digimon will receive some kind of attribute from that Digimon because of that Digimemory that they're gonna end up finding in the bottom of the ocean. Well, I think it's gonna be like the Xros Loader that you can buy and you have the Digimemory and you put inside of it and it gives you an attack or something like that. (the little MicroSD card-looking thing)

And what new DigiXros are you referring to when you say it has a cool effect? The one that is ShoutmonX2 with Chibikamemon or when the kid is like "DigiXros!"?

I suppose they're doing away with regular evolution. Or are using there new gimmick for as long as it'll keep up. It's like nobody can evolve without DigiXros...

I like to see it as that the digimon aren't capable of digivolving themselves. Their saviors with the Xros Loaders just don't have the power to let them evolve. Very similar to armor evolution, no?

Perhaps it's my sleep deprivation, but that made little sense to me.
Are you saying that there is some force preventing the Digimon from evolving and not even the Xros Loaders are capable of overcoming that other than it's own unique power? Such as the D-3 with it's Digimentals?

Not exactly. No proof that something is inhibiting evolution. I figured that the digimon only evolved by the means they could in Adventure 01. The Xros loaders only have the power to fuse instead of digivolving. They're just kids with different powers than we've seen before?
