Well yes, I've been kinda wanting to do that, but my problem is figuring out how much control is too much control at this point. AND crait needing to get on the ball with fixing his post, or at least saying why he hasn't done it yet...

Alright guys, sorry for the long wait. To tell the complete truth, it was taking so long for me to answer your question, J-mon, cause I didn't have the answer. I just thought of it after you asked the question. ....heh.
And since winging it doesn't seem to work really well cause apparently I fail at enforcing just how much authority the players have, and well... I can't decide, so I can't give you the answer. So I figure that we should just discuss things now so that we at least know where we are going. There are two ideas.
First idea, I was thinking about finding an Andromon in the sewers of the city and have him point us to a direction, as an acquaiantance of the tamers, but I just can't think of a reasonable way our characters can find him.
Second, which I like more actually, is a suggestion from Switch for our group to regroup, move out in a random direction, and maybe stumble upon a nearby village to ask about any strange sightings. From here I'm thinking we could help them from an invasion of the infected, maybe meet Darkdramon or the tamers. Either way, at least we get some action. This RP's been moving slow enough as it is, so I think cutting corners a little is fine. Ah, and if we decide to go with this one the last city search would be considered either a genuine fail or an excuse for Mach to speak with Lexis.
What do you say guys? I'll have to hear your opinions on this first before I (really) move us on with my next post. Or if you decide that it's better to drop the whole thing, as in the RP, do say so.

Honestly the second option is a better one. If you like, I could edit my last post with Garuda finding something to get things moving again. I'm not ready to give up on this RP quite yet, but we DO need people to be on the ball with it. You're not incompetent, just moving too slowly. Also, if it were up to me, I would've already asked crait (politely, of course) to either edit his post as soon as he could or formally drop out so that he isn't being a drag on everyone else. I am honestly prepared to go on without him. I understand he's been used to a different style of RPing, but he can't leave that editing sign up forever; push is coming to shove here. To me, there's no way you can be a competent RPer if you're only logging in to the forum once a week (check his last login date). >.<

Well, honestly, although it sounds extreme but extreme problems mean extreme measures...
We need to get rid of some players.
Now, don't start bricking me. I have reasons. As Arctic says, it's moving terribly slow and we need to depend on the team as a group to move along. From what I see, it's simply not happening here. 4 of us are relatively active from what I can see, (Garuda, Wingdramon, Mach, Me kinda...?) While others are either taking too much time editing things, (Sorry Crait but you can't just delete posts and put construction signs there) or are simply non-existant.
I say we discuss bringing in new members of the team and for us who do seem to be moving the plot along, what our next course of action is. Waiting around for the others is simply making the RP die and I'm enjoying it too much for that.

Sorry guys, been busy/not well.
I agree with the second option, and I agree with the action doing something about Crait. It's not the fact he has to keep editing, I used to when I was new, but he's taking too long with it, and he's not that active anyway.
I don't mind whether we stick with the four, or bring new members in. Either or I;m fine.

Okay, we're going with Switch's idea then. ...Sibling, I told you you should be a third GM or something.
J-mon, an edit would be appreciated. I'll move us on as soon as I post again. So which do you guys say is better; should the search be a genuine fail or an excuse for Mach to talk alone with Lexis?
Lastly. crait, I'm sorry. But the people have spoken, and they're right. I was kind of waiting for you to respond to J-mon's and Switchback's posts, but during Kit's two/three days absence it should've been enough for you to respond should you ever intended to.

I'll get to the editing. (I've been kinda chomping at the bit anyways ) And I think the question hinges on the next posts both you and Switchback make, though if you wanted my opinion the second option is better in terms of story and development than the first one.

Okay, we're going with Switch's idea then. ...Sibling, I told you you should be a third GM or something. Pffft, get out before I write something drastic. xP; I just don't want a good RP to die because of members lack of activity. You did state in the sign-up sheet that inactive members would be confronted upon. They kill RP's and I don't want to watch this one go under. I'm just glad that you're still around Kitsune, despite your brief absences. That goes for the rest of you, I mean lives are inevitable but weeks of not being online isn't going to do any of us any good.

Actually, everyone can decide on their next post what the village looks like, have us arrive if they want to, J-mon. I have no problems with that. Course, they can post whatever they want too.

That's it. He was officially going stir crazy. Now he couldn't get the image of himself taking Mach's jetpack and simply flying away as fast as he could from the ragtag team.
I can't get the image off my head either. I was subject to random fits of giggling for about ten minutes after I read this. People around me... didn't... take it well. Thanks, sibling. >[ EDIT: I can't believe I forgot what we just discussed, asking what we were gonna do again. -.-;;

In light of a recent AIM discussion (which I will not divulge the content of before she consents to doing so) and the success of RPs started by her, I am officially withdrawing my reservations about IceDevimon's participation in this RP and encourage Switch to do the same.
More on-topic: I do not want to move us to the village before the other players have posted. Should I wait a few more days or move the group on now?

Yeah, regarding that... I don't want to trample on anyone's thoughts, which is why this is not exactly what you'd call a vote anymore. I don't want majority to rule here. It's kind of hard to put into words. -.-; But the bottom line is that, Switch, if say, you think you'll have to quit because you don't like my decision, I won't make that decision. And you don't have to answer here if you don't want to, of course. More on-topic: I do not want to move us to the village before the other players have posted. I'm planning to move us on myself. That depends though, if Kit wants to post before that, I'll wait. I'll at least wait for her reply here before updating though.

I trust you enough to respect your decisions sibling, you should know this. You very quickly earned my regards, which is very hard for most to do let alone for myself to trust so openly. I'm also sorry that I made people around you show disregard for your giggling...?
Anyway, I reconsider. If not for Arctic's sake. I'm not one to judge and I know this, but prevous circumstances have made me a little more than... unwilling. But.
Ice can RP and I'll see for myself, if she really does intend to change. But if stuff is being throwndown that I'm uncomfortable with, I won't stay quiet about it. I hate to do this, but a simple little PM message a few months ago definitely changed my opinions about you for the worse, if you're reading this. Which I trust you are.
So, I'll let it stand for now. I hate to kind of be "judgemental" here but I can't forget your past actions. Lets leave it at that.

Alright then. Ice, you're free to get a character sheet up. You've told me that you'd probably get it done by weekend; that's alright, but I hope it doesn't take longer than that. I'll need to plan things a bit to see where you can get in (and cause this will probably be instant recruit I'd like to remind you to (re)view the rules). Can't say enough of this but thanks, sibling. ...eh, I feel eerily much like Mach about this. Your statement... it's... ego-bloating. But I'll say this: I won't take that trust lightly. But if stuff is being throwndown that I'm uncomfortable with, I won't stay quiet about it.
I kind of expect this from the others too, in another way. I'd rather you guys speak up if you're not comfortable with something, so we can maybe fix it. I'll be honest, though; I'd expect tolerance and consideration before you put down your complains.
