[Maki, Commander Blade]

So, my japanese is not as good as I'd like it to be and thus I don't really understand what's going on here. I will, however, greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me if 【デジモンアラウンド】 (Digimon: Around). Being listed right under KissXSis in a list of upcoming anime in this site, means what I think it means?

There's also an update about it for today.

edit: however, looking around, it seems like there was something mentioned in Jump along with news of the new DS game (and Wii game?), but no release date was put up. I don't know, considering the way rumors spread. I'd have to see a scan with this info myself.

Also, after running a translation of my own, Kaizie's help + my own measly knowledge of japanese it seems that デジモンアラウンド has not yet been discarded by Toei, merely that it was pending confirmation.

EDIT: They put the info up fairly recently, it is likely the information for the Wii game, if any, will be up by the end of the week.

The Wii game is also legit; you can find it on Bandai's official website... but it's been there forever. Maybe they're finally going to release one.

This would be a lot later than we first heard about Savers, which I first found out about in August. But late December/early January is when such things are officially announced to the world. I've been hearing about this but I haven't had time to seriously look into it.

I'm glad I came back to this site after so long.

If this really is a new Digimon series, then that's pretty cool! I was expecting a new series to appear in 2013 or something. I'll be checking this site more.

Really? You want the new toys? I'm not saying anything about the Digivice because it might be a good one and with more functions than the previous ones. Hopefully there might be a new Battle Terminal that will be compatible with the new Digivice, and if there is a new one, I definitely hope it is spread worldwide because it was really lame that the Digimon Battle Terminals were only located in Asia, not the whole continent, but just a very small part.

As for the season, hopefully it will step away from the whole childish stuff, and go a little bit more mature. I don't really care if they change the art style once again to something better. Maybe something that looks like Persona 4, or the .hack// series.

Yeah, I'm quite aware of that, although they could definitely be less childish as there were many anime that I used to watch when I was a kid that were not as childish as the latter Digimon series.
