After some thought, I've decided I will not be running the Spookymon RP this year. I don't, however, want that to prevent Spookymon from happening. - Past Spookymons have been on the short side. - I'd like to have the "offical" part finished by the end of November, but it's not required to stop at that point.
- The characters in the past have been unpartnered Digimon.
- The past Spookymon RPs have tried to avoid GM-planning in favor of focusing on the PCs.
- Oh yes, and Spookymon should have some sort of a Halloween theme.
Would anyone be interested in giving a shot at running Spookymon this year? This is not first-come first-serve. As long as I get more than one volunteer I will want to see a short pitch for each person's Spookymon idea. Anyway, I suck at announcements, so more details if there is interest. |

If no-one else really wants to, I'll run Spookymon, but, I don't have an idea yet, and, well, think that some others could easily pull it off better than I could.
I'd like to set it up like a murder mystery; maybe the current proprietor of the mansion (if we're using the mansion again) could've 'mysteriously' died, and, people could be handed out roles - murderer, detective, etc etc, before the RP begins/they make their character and work from there.
I'm all for it continuing after the official part.

This thought crossed my mind, but I didn't want to ask until the end of the month.  I would be interested in KoH's idea (Clue with Digimon? XD), or I could run it with my own ideas.  |

Like I said, I'm still interested in running it... I'm just waiting on hearing from cj about whether or not she wants the pitch via PM or on this thread :S
I'm probably not going to participate if it ends up being a Clue RP that just takes place in a mansion with assigned jobs... That seems boring to me ^^' No offense to those who are interested in it, of course. I want bloodshed and gore!
And if I don't end up running the official version, I'm very likely to just start up my own version anyway, as an unofficial one, XD, because I'm really excited about what I've got planned so far. Can't wait!

I'm planning on making a decision by the end of the month so hopefully the RP will be able to start before Halloween.

Spookymon '09 will be Clue(do) Digimon Edition run by J-mon.

If anyone is interested in Icedevimon's idea, she had expressed interest in running it anyway, so you still might see it.
