At the sight of the officer not turning around made Aulden feel bad - it really felt as if he was bothering so he really should get going. Aulden raised an eyebrow in awkwardness as Zero dragged Kyro away; Aulden then shrugged his shoulder lightly and walked over to his door, and as he unlock it he could take in the scent of his room - it was nothing compared to his house with Mellisa. There, in his room were some portraits of his and Mellisa's on their wedding.

But the one dearest to him was the last portrait of Mellisa, of her sitting on an antique chair and smiling lightly for the camera. He cocked his head to one side and smiled back at Mellisa, "How I wish you were alive..." he then fell onto the bed purposely, his head landed right on the pillow and he closed his eyes - trying to get to the dream land. He felt his body ache for a while but he tried numbing the pain mentally - making his body feel less useful and tired. He felt his mind wander somewhere...

He could see a forest, a very green forest with a silence that does not seem to soothe him. When he turned around a goblin, ugly and turned into a machine appeared in front of him; running towards him with a hatchet in it's hand. Aulden felt useless, but without even realizing his hand raised and shot at the goblin with Amethyst. Aulden was shocked at this sudden unnatural reflex - but it comforted him that the goblin vanished just like that - it was made of particles of imagination. Aulden squinted at the sight of two people from afar... "Marynessa!" he called out...

Aulden sat up from his bed. "So that is how the other world looks like..." he sighed to himself and lied down again, trying to get a peaceful and restful sleep. He closed his eyes slowly, letting the thoughts of Mellisa drown him into the depths of the world of slumber.

Zero kept on dragging Kyro to who knows where-Kyro, of course, was simply trying to make sure he didn't fall and stumble onto his face. "Sir, if I may ask, where are we going?" The trainee asked, looking about them into the night. It was probably getting close to midnight-the stars were twinkling against the night sky and the moon shone bright.

Zero paused for a split second before suddenly changing direction and saying, "To the training room. Gonna teach you some good fighting moves before we go to that other world." Zero wanted to make sure Kyro could defend himself-he didn't want to protect the boy all the time. Kyro might have to be on his own-Zero wanted to make sure the boy could also survive on his own. He kept on dragging the boy, turning here, walking up the stairs here, going down the stairs here...Eventually, they made it to a huge building that looked like an arena. The two entered and got onto a boxing ring.

"Okay, Kyro. Let's see your fighting skills. C'mon. Try and hit me," Zero said, dropping Kyro's arm and standing across from him, resuming a fighting stance.

Kyro nodded and bent his knees and carefully eyed his mentor. He silently calculated where to hit and where to dodge-the next moment, Kyro shot forward and throwing a punch to Zero's head. Zero retaliated just in time by ducking and swinging his leg toward Kyro's stomach-Kyro loosened his molecules so that Zero's leg harmlessly flew through him. Zero cursed-the boy could avoid every single attack he threw at him, while Zero would have to dodge and move in order to avoid attacks.

Kyro threw a punch to Zero's stomach, then swung his leg forward-Zero quickly dropped to the ground to avoid both attacks and threw his arm in a swinging motion toward Kyro's legs. Kyro didn't phase in time and collapsed to the ground. Kyro responded by thrusting his legs forward, and the cycle continued...

The pair continued fighting each other, neither gaining an advantage.

Watching Marynessa trying to get a signal and coming back down, "You get some rest I'll take first watch" Ira said as he stood up touching a leaf then pulling it apart as if it were a bunch out strings. After a bit Ira had already made a small pile of wood and a what looked like a green cotton ball, Ira drew his sword and sheath running the blade along the edge of the sheath making sparks. Sitting down with the sword leaning against his shoulder he seemed to study the fire thinking to himself.

Marynessa nodded at Ira's suggestion and closed her eyes for a while, trying to get sleep. She felt her body ache - they had lost each other for two weeks and now she felt the pain coming from the strains on her muscles. Especially her back felt like it had been aching for years and she felt old. Marynessa stretched her arms up and heard the sound of cracks - she smiled at the sound and then closed her eyes again. She wanted to sleep so much yet the aches on her body prevented her from going straight to the dreamland. Marynessa yawned and shifted to a side.

She felt tiredness cloud over her, blanketing her like the darkness of the upcoming night does. Soon after that she was completely unconscious; traveling down her road to dreamland and slumber. She missed shouting at Aulden, getting him to correct every mistake he does; actually, she misses the whole WORLD, it brought her to feel such guilt to leave them back at the Home Base without knowing if she was able to come back. Flashbacks became her dream for that night...

It was a normal day as an officer, she wanted to get a huge breakfast before getting to work. Marynessa stretched her body and walked over to the canteen, taking a few slices of white bread and butter. She also took a few sausages and sauce. Marynessa decided that breakfast should be the biggest and the nicest serving for the day - everyday actually. As she ate her food, she could finish it so quickly that whenever her comrades see her at the canteen - they could figure it out that she just came a few minutes ago.

After finishing her food she went to take some dessert and it was the last one as Zero came in and tried to take it for himself. She then shouted at him for coming later, and it was ladies first - as gentlemen would say. But he stayed and tried getting the dessert, Marynessa could not help but squabble along - it was annoying when somebody tries to take her food away from her - food had always been her love all along.

Soon after that she had to report some happenings and events that happened around Russia - see if anything happened. But all that happened for that day was the disappearances of humans that had been increasing - every month the amount of human lost increased and increased in some ways. WORLD decided that this should not be tolerated, Marynessa felt something different going into her... Something completely off...

Suddenly the two friends could hear steps from the hallway. A familiar sensation lurked straight into Shawn's mind at that moment.
"Don't worry.. It's just Irie", he said and turned back to lie on his bed. Zack also lost interest quickly, yet he would remain sitting on the edge of his bed. Their eyes quickly wandered towards the electic door as it opened.

"Have you two already heard!" the seemingly redheaded male shouted as he entered the room. He was simply wearing a casual T-shirt and baggy pants of some sort. Even his hair was a mess, yet his glasses were adjusted to be in the perfect position.
"Hunh?" Shawn and Zack asked at the same time, surprised by Irie's sudden statement.
"Never mind... Just follow me to my lab! I'll also need help finetuning the new inventions", he spoke and gave off a sigh, leaving the room. Shawn shrugged and decided to follow Irie. Zack also decided to follow them.

After a while of walking straight down the hallway, they entered a spacious room. It was filled with the newest technology, one of the corners being adapted into being Irie's personal working place. Despite being Shawn's roommate he spent most of his time there. The corner was actually like a box, having a bed right next to the wall. Close by, there was a computer which had been upgraded to be more efficient than any other ordinary one. Irie's clothes and other personal possessions were spread around the place, as he often focused more on his work than cleaning. The other parts of the room were covered in new inventions and thins that were actually used to make the inventions. The most notable was a round machine that Irie had placed on the wall. He never shared any info on it's functions with anyone.

"So... According to the info I received from the commander of this base, two people entered the other world. I'd just rather call it the Mirage Realm or something like that... In any case they haven't gained any machine-like attributes! Furthermore... They are WORLD officers", he spoke in a stressed out tone. After he had done so, he left a relieved sigh and sat on the chair he had right next to his computer. After tinkering around for a while he gave shawn a disk-like object.
"That is the Remote Slasher. Due to the request of the older members of the Science Department, I have began developing remote weapons that people like Shawn can control. Obviously we they preparing for something. In any case, all you need to know about it, is that you can control it with your mind as long as you can create a mental link with it. Oh and that you can activate it by pressing that button in the middle. After activation it gains sharp energy blades and floats in the air. Give it a try, but please try not to break any of the inventions", he spoke, still showing some signs of nervousness.

Shawn decided to comply and began focusing on his ability of extended spatial awareness. Then as he pressed the button in the middle, the machine activated without projecting the blades yet. Wondering about it's true abilities he randomly tossed it forward. Only then did the blades activate, sending it twirling through the air. Shawn actually had some trouble controlling it. It made a sharp turn and flew directly towards Zack at an astonishing speed.
"Hey watch it!" Zack yelled and barely ducked below the bladed disk which froze in mid-air as Shawn commanded it to do so.
"Thank god nothing bad happened... Now don't worry Zack. I will create something for you when the right time comes", Irie said and turned towards his computer, giving off a relieved sigh once again. Seems like the machine is nearly complete. With a little more fine-tuning it will be ready, he thought as he proceeded to work on other unfinished projects.

Scrap nervously tapped on the operating table. The patient was going to be lost at any moment if things kept going the way they were.

“I give you command of this operation,” Scrap announced to his assistant, not bothering to wait for a response as he spun around and left the room. Scrap knew two things as of then. The first was that his patient desperately needed blood, or he would die. Secondly, he knew that his feebleminded assistant, however skilled a medic they may have been, would be unable to retrieve the blood in time. After efficiently obtaining a decent amount of A positive blood, he quickly returned to the operating room. The transfusion was swift and successful, but it was not enough. Within minutes the patient’s heart beat once, twice, three times more before stopping completely.

“There was nothing we could do,” the assistant quietly remarked.

“Perhaps nothing you could do,” Scrap replied. “I could have done more. I can always do more,” despite his words, his voice remained calm and indifferent.

“Yes sir,” the assistant replied. He was clearly offended, but too caught in the moment to respond any further.

“I’m going to report to the commander,” Scrap announced. Ironically, as he said this, a soldier entered the room.

“The commander needs emergency assistance!” the man said nervously.

“I see…” Scrap replied, adjusting his optical receivers yet again. “Bring him in.”

Daren Moon sat at his desk. He was napping quietly, a long day of sitting and doing nothing got him sleepy so instead of working, he locked his doors and sat at his desk to take a nap.

Daren’s eyes fluttered a moment as he began to wake from his power nap, “I guess I should…work.” His hands moved across the table finding the nearest file and when he did he decided to flip through it. “Hmmm….So Marynessa is missing…I would’ve thought I would have heard more of this.” He moved over to his computer moving the mouse starting up his PC. 80 messages were flashing all with the same subject, “New Assignment- Missing Officer”

“Huh…I guess I should’ve checked that earlier. Well…might as well.”

Daren picked up the file on Marynessa and walked out of his office, he was heading to the commander’s room to talk to him.

As he got closer he could feel the emotions of the people around him and they were not good. Sadness, despair, anger…and worry…   They were not good emotions and they seemed to get stronger as he neared the Commander’s room. “This can’t be good.”

He took off running down the hall hoping that whatever was transpiring he would get there in time.

Aulden could feel a soft thud beside him, waking him up gently as that presence moved nearer to him, it was that nostalgic scent of Mellisa; and as he opened his eyes slowly, he saw her beautiful face, staring at him with her blue hazel-like eyes. She was smiling and making him drown into the feeling of passionate love and adore for this woman... He sucked in her honey-scent from her hair as she moved herself closer and holding him tight in her arms. "Aulden, I love you," she said, with her soft yet caring voice. It sent him crazy, making him love her more than he could have loved anyone else in this whole wide world.

"It's your birthday, honey," Mellisa said, as she shifted herself up to plant a soft kiss onto Aulden's lips. He could feel himself smiling at her, he stroked her face gently and clearly, he missed her all the while he was in his sleep; she was always there in his dreams - skipping up and down gracefully and holding his hand to bring him everywhere she could take him in their world. "I missed you in my dreams," Aulden chuckled at that comment, he really did; without a doubt.

Suddenly, Mellisa was choking, out of air and gasping her strength up just to get the right air for herself. "Mellisa? Are you okay, dear?" he asked, stroking her petite shoulder as she coughed and coughed, until she ended up coughing a little amount of blood - sending Aulden into a complete panic freakout. He quickly took the phone right on the shelf, dialing the ambulance's number. "Hello, this is Aulden Marfort; calling from 15th... Mellisa!!" he shouted her name, when she was crying and holding his arm tightly, "Please, just let me be... I will watch over you... I love you, Aulden..." was all she could manage when she was also cut at almost every word, soon after that she took her last breath, "I love you..." was all she said. Aulden, ignoring the phone; he then hugged the dead body in his strong arms, "Mellisa..." he muttered in her hair, "Wake up, Mellisa..."

After what seemed like hours of fighting but what was really just half an hour, Zero called the fighting quits. "You're a good enough fighter. Stable," he said, breathing hard after their extreme brawl. The boy really was good at it-at least Zero was sure that his student would be able to defend himself in case he ever got into a fight. Kyro seemed like a talented boy-let's just see if he can live up to that name. "Okay, Kyro, let's see how good your aim is," Zero said, wiping the sweat off his brow and heading over to the shooting range.

Kyro was just as wiped out as Zero was-the constant phasing and solidifying of his molecules left his body feeling light and dizzy. He'd never used his power that much before-sure, he could loosen his molecules for hours or solidify them for a long time-but he'd never done it like this, switching back and forth and back and forth. His master really was a clever man-he knew exactly when to attack and when not to. Kyro swallowed once and then followed Zero.

Zero stared for a moment at the far-away targets and then motioned for Kyro to come closer. "Okay, boy, you're gonna shoot to those targets over there and if you don't hit the bullseye at least once, you've failed," he said, chuckling. He himself was a pretty good shooter-his accuracy wasn't that bad. Zero wondered for a moment if he should take out the Bloody Rose and take a few rounds, just to see if his skills were still in good shape. Nah, he could do it later. Training now.

Kyro said breathlessly, "Yes, sir!" He felt a little dizzy though as he brought out his Yellow Sapphire handgun, holding it in front of him with a shaking arm. Everything was blurry and moving-disorientation gripped Kyro for a moment before Zero suddenly snapped his fingers in front of his face.

"C'mon boy. We got the mission tomorrow. Start shooting," Zero commanded. He then noticed the way Kyro seemed to be swaying on the spot-sighing, he said, "I'll go get you some water. When I come back, I want to see some holes through the target." Zero walked away, leaving Kyro alone at the shooting range.

Kyro scowled and stared hard at the target, trying to get rid of his dizziness. He made a mental note not to phase and solidify himself so many times in a row; might as well just stick to phasing and avoiding any blows altogether. Taking a deep breath, Kyro launched a few rounds in a few seconds and watched the target in front of him become shot through; his shots weren't that bad. He didn't hit the bullseye, but he got close to it. Frowning, Kyro fired a few more rounds-this time, he got extremely close to the bullseye but didn't exactly make it. Cursing, the black-haired boy continued firing.

Zero came back soon enough with a plastic cup filled with cool water-Kyro eagerly drank it up and Zero looked upon his trainee, satisfied. The boy was determined; or at least, that's what Zero gained from the multitude of holes through the target. He didn't ever quite make it to the bullseye, but he got close enough. For a beginner, Kyro was actually pretty good. "I was going to see if you can survive in the wild, but from the looks of you it seems like you already know how to live in the wild," Zero said, looking at Kyro's rough, sweaty form. "Good job, kid. You might just make it," Zero smiled, patting his student on the head before turning around and walking out of the training arena.

Kyro followed close behind, feeling a bit good about himself-his mentor, at least, seemed to think he was pretty good.

Daren was too late, as he neared the room he could see that the door was slightly ajar, there was a mess all over the floor and it looked as though he had been carried out, footprints littered the papers before him. At the commander’s desk he could see two things, a spilled beer, which was no surprise, the commander was a known alcoholic but name a soldier as prestigious as him and you’ll find that they either drink or have some horrible vice to keep the memories away.

The other was a folder, it was drenched with alcohol but he could make out it’s contents nonetheless. “So he’s mobilizing a force to search for Marynessa and the other officer, What’s-his-name Kurosawa.” Daren’s eyes scanned the list, Alduen, Marynessa’s trainee, Kyro, Don’t know who you are, and…Zero if he agrees. Zero’s going…oh god, that control freak…Whatever. It’s for Marynessa. Looking around to make sure he was alone Daren picked up the folder and quickly scribbled his name at the bottom of the lsit. “Daren Moon”.  Now with his name “Officially” on the list there was no reason to stand in the Commander’s room. He would try to go visit him but he knew that Scrap, the only GOOD doctor on this hub, would not let him in. It was inconvenient, sure, but necessary. Instead! Daren would track down this Alduen guy and see if he had any information regarding this mission or the disappearance of Marynessa and Kurosawa.

Tracking down the Trainee was no problem at all. Most of the Terminals around this place were more than happy to assist “Officer Moon” even at this late of an hour. “Wonder if the guy is awake?” Daren said aloud as he neared the boy’s room, his right hand was atop his gun, Quartz and his left held the folder containing Maryness’s information. He was going to get answers to his questions, regardless of what this guy wanted.

“HEY! YOU! TRAINEE! WAKE UP! THIS IS OFFICER DAREN MOON! GET UP!!!!!!!!!” His left hand pounded on the door viciously not only hoping to wake the kid, but scare him as well. As the 13th hit landed on the door, Daren was overwhelmed with a sudden burst of sadness. It was a deep, longing and despair, one of those killer emotions that could lead normal men stark raving mad…”He’s mourning the loss of his wife….” The words left his lips as his hands fell loosely at his sides. Wave after wave of sadness began to hit Daren, each one more powerful than the last. He was about to faint from the sheer strength of the emotions when he just shut the emotion out.

Daren slumped against the wall, his hands gripping his chest as he heaved and struggled to regain his breath, “I would never have thought that a trainee would have such sorrow within him…He really loved that woman…” Daren now slid his back down the wall till he sat next to Aulden’s door. His mind reflecting on the emotions he felt hoping that this emotion would not lead the Trainee down a very dark path.

Scrap stared down at the unconscious commander. Two soldiers stood around anxiously, wondering whether to leave or stay.

“Has he been drinking?” Scrap asked one soldier. The man stuttered quite a bit before nervously confirming the statement. Scrap turned to the soldier and cocked his mechanical head slightly.

“Ah,” Scrap said, turning back to the commander. “You humans entertain me. It is quite remarkable how you all manage to find yourselves anxious at the most obvious things!” he made a synthesized laughing noise. The soldier grunted indignantly, but said nothing else. Scrap scanned over the commander, trying to decide exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.

“It was so sudden,” a soldier remarked.

“Hmm,” Scrap began, “leave me to operate on the commander immediately.”

“Of course,” one soldier replied. The two left the room without another word. Scrap quickly began the operating process, or at least, he would have. For once, Scrap could not identify what was wrong his patient, and nothing seemed to quite fit. The commander’s condition did not change in the slightest bit. Then suddenly, everything returned to normal, stabilized.

“What- what happened?” his young assistant asked quietly.

”I am… unsure,” Scrap concluded, stroking the black tentacle appendages on the back of his head.

Throughout the night Ira stayed awake maintaining watch of the fire as he keeps his eyes closed, opening them whenever he heard anything strange with his sword onyx at hand. Soon he found himself up the entire night, when dawn started to rise he reached over with onyx tapping Marynessa from where he sat. When she didn't wake he stood up brushing himself off but this time gently shaking her as he says with a small smile "Come on...rise an' shine Mary." Ira turned around to looked at the now smoldering fire, kicking dirt over it as he dust off his hands. He begins to look at his surroundings to see if by chance there were fruit hanging around, not seeing any he grabs Marynessa's canteen and his then heads to the lake to fill up canteens with clean water.

The pair hit the canteen to grab a late-night snack before heading off to sleep. They sat down at a table, with Kyro munching on a bag of chips and Zero silently eating an apple. They sat in silence for a while, both looking off in different directions, both thinking about different things.

Zero was thinking about what would happen in the other world, once they got there. He had heard tons of things about that place-mechanical half-beings that roamed the land, sometimes attacking. How the Mirage Being Organization dealt with that he wasn't sure of; a shudder passed down his spine as he thought about the MBO. What were they thinking when they made that place? Really? Who would bother making up a dream world that was full of dangers, where no precautions were taken and the experiments were set free to kill as many times as they wanted? Zero's hand was gripped tight around the apple, his knuckles pale against his skin.

Kyro was thinking about almost the same thing-except that he was trying to review over all the things he'd learned. Never hesitate-move with quick precision. Think before do, but think quickly or you'd be dead. That was something his father had told him once-he remembered laughing at it but then taking the full seriousness of the advice. Find water first-never mind food. You could go months without food but only days without water-he'd learned that the hard way back at his farm. Another mental note was to stick with Master Zero and to not separate unless the situation called for it. Kyro nodded to his preparations, eyes wandering around the canteen.

Eventually, Kyro broke the silence by asking, "Master Zero, just what exactly is the other world?"

Zero glanced over to Kyro and said in a grim voice, "Let's just say, it's a lot different from our world. Mechanical beings run about, trying to kill you and the Mirage Being Organization controls every aspect of it. Us WORLD members are only involved in it because people keep on disappearing from our world-we suspect that this "other world" is responsible for it. And unfortunately, when two of our officers-Marynessa and Ira-disappeared in it, we had a little bump in the road, as you could say. Now, we're off to find them." Zero sighed and threw his apple core in the trash. "It's going to be a long journey, kid."

Kyro nodded. That was all he needed to know. It was pretty late at night-yet, neither of them felt tired in the slightest. Just a bit sore, but that was all.

Aten lay curled up in the ancient Maple tree that stood ominously in the middle of the grove. A soft wind rippled through his platinum blond hair. A pale light flickered through the leaves of the grand Maple tree, he rested in, sending highlights across his olive skin.

Aten Davhi's eyes flickered open, as a soft note was played through the air, followed by a tune. It was a bird, calling out a shout of distress often mistaken for a bird showing joyous emotions. He didn't know the name of the bird that sung, but he enjoyed the melody nethertheless. Sighing, the WORLD Trainee swung his legs over the branch, and dropped down from the Tree, landing majesticly on the ground, his legs bending a little to prevent damaging them.
Straighting up, the Egyptian boy strolled down through the grove, taking in the glourious scenary and the gourgeous aroma's that filled the peaceful garden.

The boy was about 5'11, with a slight build and an olive complexion, He was handsome: you could say, yet the aura he gave off was not a jolly one, or a comforting one. Everything about him gave the image of purpose, he walked with purpose, he held himself with high regard and his eyes never lingered upon one thing, the survayed his whole surroundings.

The WORLD Trainee, looked out into the setting sun, it was late. Maybe about Seven or Eight O'clock. The Young man still had too eat, and he felt like attending the Orginazation's Gym, for a seiries of running and stamina excersises, and maybe some practice with Jade - His Emerald hilted Jian.
Although being from an Egyptian heritage, Aten had quickly found himself at ease with the Chinese Sword know as the Jian, or more commonly know as a straight sword. He had forsaken the use of Guns, and would only ever use one if the situation demanded it. No, He would rather fight with a blade, where he can look his opponent in the eye, rather than shoot him from a distance, like a coward.

No, Aten Dahvi was no coward.

((OOC: Sorry for the short... Entry, but I'm trying my best.))

Aulden woke up in a shock from the pounds on the door made by Officer Daren Moon... He then remembered the officer, the officer that could sense feelings. Aulden tried to let the sadness and sorrow in his heart fade away - it is not polite to be sad when he is talking to a senior of WORLD - he respects most of them as how he respects his own mentor in which is Marynessa.

He then stood up from his bed and walked over to the door to open it for the officer, to see the officer sitting beside the door instead of in front of the door. "Er... Officer, what are you doing here? Or have you come to ask for information about Marynessa?" Aulden asked, without being aware of the officer's feelings. He then lend a hand, "You may come into my room, sir. I feel impolite, leaving you out here," he said with a soft tone. For the temporary while he was not feeling bad, nor was he feeling good - it was just neutral until it struck him that he really did feel emptier without his mentor.

He wanted to lead the officer into his room but he was unsure, "Marynessa... I agree she is one of the most important officers as she can understand what animals say. She can know what is wrong and insufficient to satisfy those animals," he did not know this, he was starting to talk almost nonsense things that he first thought of Marynessa. "I wonder how she is... I miss her ramblings..." he clasped his hands together.

---

Marynessa was a little conscious when he tapped her with his sword, but she felt too dizzy to show that she was conscious and awake. Soon after that he shook her gently, leaving her awake and alert as she then opened her eyes to see him walking away to refill her bottle. She then shook her head slightly and twitched a little from the harsh sleep; her body ached to even just sit up. She then gently said, "Thanks..." she was about to tell him to go to sleep if he was tired, but he left already so she decided to work hard to find a way out.

She stood up as she then tied her hair, leaving two long and tight ponytails that falls to her slender waist. She had not been eating much for the past few days, she felt sort of feeble. "Hopefully we will find somekind of portal to go back to WORLD - or maybe just end up at a random country and try to contact any WORLD bases or branches that might be able eto send them back to the Home Base... But that would not be easy - she just does not want anyone to get lost in this huge world that can harm WORLD's safety.

Marynessa tried searching for signal with her radio - and after a few minutes of determination - she could have never actually thought of giving up at this whole trying-to-find-signal thing but this time, maybe there are things to lose to gain something. She then laughed at that ludicrous thought and brushed it all away - and without realizing, a mechanically tweaked monkey-goblin that was enormous in size but agile in movements was hiding on the tree above her - spying at her shiny cylinder gun; the Black Pearl.
