As TK mentions on the front page, Flynn also does Kon on Bleach. At first guess, he might do something similar to the voice Kon does when he's posessing Ichigo's body...which is an interesting bit of serendipity for when Johnny Yong Bosch ("normal" Ichigo) was so often suggested for Masaru

I think it's mostly because of the tone of his voice. It sounds young, but still 'tough-guy'-ish. But geez, the background music from Bleach gets annoying when watching his voice on a Digimon character  |

Yes, as well as Guilmon. He did Veemon's Armor forms in 02, JP in Frontier, and...well, it's almost easier to list the anime dubs of the last several years he hasn't been in.  |

He also wrote Island of lost digimon, the frontier movie. I think Agumon better watch out. Anyway I didnt know he did Orochimaru. He would be awesome as Touma, Gaomon, pretty much any 'cool, calm and slightly angry' character.

Steve Blum is an awesome VA. I remember him playing Sellers in Xenosaga Episode III, as well as several characters in Naruto.

So...I was watching the dub trailer for Another Mission, and I heard something that sounded like Gomamon's voice. Both times I heard it, it was focused on whoever Gaomon was at that time. So I thought "Hm, maybe this means Goma's VA is doing Gaomon..."
So, with that in mind, crazy as it sounds, would Michael Lindsay make a good VA for Gaomon?

I heard this as well. But Michael Lindsay is the voice of Joe, not Gomamon You're thinking of R. Martin Klein. Regardless, I think his voie would have to be a LOT deeper if what we heard really was Gaomon, even for the game. He sounds a bit too... playful. But I think they just used any old VA to play him, 'cause according to Nimoy we still don't have any word on who's playing Gaomon's line in the dub. Although I did like how MachGaogamon's voice sounded. |
